These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PrintingRay.com and any purchases made through the site. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who We Are

“PrintingRay,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PrintingRay LLC / PrintingRay.

2) Using the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt the site’s security or functionality
  • Upload content that violates our Use Policy (/use-policy/)

3) Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are shown on the website and may change at any time.
  • Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout where applicable.
  • Orders are not guaranteed until payment is received and accepted.

4) Artwork, Uploads & Intellectual Property

When you upload artwork or content, you represent that:

  • You own it, or have permission/licensing to use it, and
  • It does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You grant PrintingRay a limited license to use your uploaded content only as needed to produce and fulfill your order (and to provide customer support).

5) Proofs & Approvals

If proofing is required or requested:

  • Production begins after you approve the proof (or confirm “print as submitted”).
  • You are responsible for checking spelling, layout, and specs on the proof.
  • Issues present on an approved proof may not qualify for free reprint.

6) Turnaround & Shipping

Production and shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak periods may affect delivery.

7) Cancellations & Changes

Because products are custom-made:

  • Changes/cancellations may be possible only before production begins.
  • Once production starts, cancellations may not be possible.

8) Quality Issues, Returns & Refunds

If there’s a production defect or wrong spec on our end, we’ll work toward a fair solution (reprint, replacement, or refund), based on our policies.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • PrintingRay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost business, etc.).
  • Our total liability related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

10) Indemnification

If you upload content that infringes rights or violates laws, you agree to indemnify and hold PrintingRay harmless from claims arising from that content.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State], without regard to conflict of laws rules. Venue for disputes will be local unless otherwise required by law.

12) Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
