By placing an order, you confirm you have the right to use the artwork you submit and that your order complies with this policy.
You Must Have Rights to Print What You Upload
You may only submit designs you:
- Own (original work), or
- Have permission/license to use, or
- Are legally allowed to use (e.g., properly licensed brand assets)
If you don’t have rights, we may cancel the order.
Prohibited: Counterfeit or Deceptive Items
We do not print products intended to deceive, impersonate, or counterfeit, including:
- Currency, bonds, checks, tickets, or financial instruments
- Government IDs, licenses, passports, permits, badges
- Fraudulent labels meant to misrepresent origin, certification, or safety compliance
- Replica branding intended to pass as another company’s official product
Prohibited: Hate, Harassment, and Harm
We do not print content that:
- Promotes hate or discrimination against protected groups
- Encourages harassment, threats, or targeted intimidation
- Glorifies or incites violence or self-harm
Prohibited: Illegal or Explicitly Harmful Content
We do not print content that:
- Promotes illegal activity (e.g., instructions for wrongdoing, trafficking, exploitation)
- Includes non-consensual imagery or exploitation
- Involves sexual content featuring or implying minors (zero tolerance)
Adult Content
We may decline adult content depending on:
- Explicitness, context, and destination use
- Whether it violates platform/carrier restrictions
If in doubt, contact us before ordering.
Political Content
We print political messaging as long as it follows this policy and applicable laws. You are responsible for:
- Any required disclaimers
- Local rules around campaign materials
Fan Art & “Inspired By” Designs
We love creativity, but fan art can still involve copyrighted characters/logos.
- If your file clearly uses someone else’s protected IP (characters, logos, brand names), we may require proof of permission or decline the job.
- “I found it on Google” is not proof of rights.
Trading Cards / Proxies / Custom Game Cards
If you submit custom trading card designs:
- You must have rights to the artwork and layout you provide.
- We do not print items intended to be sold or represented as official products of another publisher.
- If you’re doing playtest-style cards, we strongly recommend adding clear labeling like “Proxy” / “Playtest” / “Not for resale.”
What Happens If Content Violates This Policy?
We may:
- Pause the order and request clarification/permission
- Cancel and refund the order (minus non-refundable fees if work has started)
- Refuse future orders if there’s repeated abuse
